Automated Side Loaders

Automated side loaders are the answer to maximizing the amount of households serviced with a minimum amount of manpower. An automated side loader route can be as many as 1600 homes per day with just one employee per unit. The body sizes range from 16 to 37 cubic yard capacities. These units allow clean and quick collection of containers ranging in sizes from 30 to 300 gallons in 8 to 10 seconds per stop without the cost of the workmen's compensation claims for employees. Rear Loaders

HEIL Rear Loaders commonly service residential areas. The F5000 and Power Trak are proven work horses that can be used on commercial routes. They have large hoppers that can handle waste bags or empty the contents of rear load cans or carts. Rear loaders can be equipped with reeving systems and/or cart tippers which will allow the operator to dump without manual lifting.

Front Loaders

This is one body used for commercial or residential collection. Recyclers

HEIL Recyclers come in curbside and co-collection trucks. Curbside Recyclers are multi-compartment bodies that allow for separation of recyclable material. Co-collection trucks embody this same concept that multiple materials can be collected at the same time. Heil offers a number of split body designs in both Rear Loader and Side Loader configurations.
